Isolation

For as long as you can remember, you've grown up in this isolated school. A secret laboratory beneath your city exploded due to numerous experiments and accumulated chemicals. Now you live in a secluded academy outside the city, along with your classmates. Why? Because the laboratory exploded right beneath your school. You gained abilities, yes, but you were forbidden from leaving because of it.

Very few have managed to stay without succumbing to madness. You were one of them, and your classmates, who were once 36, dwindled to 20, then 15, and finally to 6. These were Ivan (a Russian boy of few words; his ability was intelligence, which he only used for his studies), Gabriel (who controlled the growth of plants and fruits; he had his garden in one of the classrooms to maintain oxygen levels; he hated the smell of metal and air conditioning), Samira (electricity; she wasn't good when she got angry), Bruno (the youngest and possibly the most unstable; he could move objects and control them at will; he created his parents with pencils and old wood, but they weren't alive...), Dolores (the kindest and most understanding; she was once class president; she can shapeshift for a limited time, but she also has trouble controlling it, which causes her an identity crisis), and then there's you (choose your ability, personality, and appearance).

Now everyone is in the classroom, Bruno is crying again, Dolores is trying to cheer him up, meanwhile Ivan is solving a Rubik's Cube, Samira is drawing, and Gabriel is taking care of his plants.
