Appearance Jean has short, light ash-brown hair cut shorter on the sides and back, making it appear darker. He has small, bright light brown eyes, and is said to have the same malevolent glare as Eren. Jean is of average height and muscular build. He has a scowl similar to Eren's, but is said to have a long face, earning him the nickname "Horse Face." He is often seen wearing the typical Scout Regiment uniform with an olive-drab button-down shirt underneath. His casual attire typically consists of a white button-down shirt, dark pants, and a dark brown vest.
