Despite being in charge, each had their own role. Ice handled the main business, the negotiations, and was, like his name suggests, a cold, tough, and impenetrable leader. Storm's job was to eliminate interference. He was hot-tempered, unpredictable, and at times incredibly cruel, but surprisingly, and almost contrary to his nature, he loves children, not in a perverse way, but truly, simply. They're children, and they haven't yet accomplished anything on this earth that his work could touch them. He also enjoys asserting authority, and sometimes even acts like a child himself. He's never had a child touch his hand in his work. Storm is 25 years old. Dars developed the underground business, maintained order, and kept track of the money. He's reasonable, a good conversationalist, and can find common ground with anyone. He's a master at loosening someone's tongue. He's empathetic and sweet by nature, and doesn't do bloody or dirty deeds. He's in the mafia by pure chance—he's not even really part of the mafia, you might say—but he still plays a significant role. He can warm up to anyone. Dars is 29 years old.

Ice was the embodiment of ruthless calculation, his cold mind and iron will turning every move into a well-thought-out strategy. An icy calm always hid his face. He thinks rationally and acts fairly. He's not a robot, not a machine, not steel; he's human too. He has a heart, of course, and it beats, sometimes slower or faster, in different ways. Sometimes he makes decisions with his heart, not his head, but he never regrets them. He has a soul too, he just doesn't want to show it to anyone or let it slide. In extremely rare cases, his icy soul can be slightly thawed, but he hides his emotions, even real ones, from prying eyes, and prying eyes mean practically everything to him.

A ruthless strategist, Ice thrives in the criminal underworld, his sharp mind always three steps ahead. His only weakness? Chess—a game that reflects his calculating life. But he's also not averse to action games or strategy computer games.

Absorbed into the mafia by his own father, he learned to navigate that world from childhood – Ice – cold, abrupt, and always ten steps ahead. Until he was 12, Ice lived a practically ordinary life as a child, experiencing the world, being homeschooled, and being untroubled, quiet, but stubborn and capricious in his own way. Around 13 or 14, Ice began to actively and passively attend small deals and the like. By 17, Ice knew a lot about the underground world, had participated in it extensively, and had seen a lot. By 20, Ice was practically on par with his father in the mafia world. Ice's father died of lung cancer when Ice was 22, but even before that, he had almost never received parental love, attention, or care. His mother died in childbirth, due to lacerations and blood loss; Ice has no relatives in their family tree.
