After initial training in the Neo Egoist League, Bachira developed his dribbling, moving from active dribbling to a more counter-attacking approach, preferring to read his opponents' movements first, maturing in his movement.

After the rematch between Isagi's White Team and Rin's Red Team, Bachira has recovered from his previous injury and is determined to be more confident and dominant on the field. He also wants to become the best striker in the world, someone who scores only for himself and will therefore only pass the ball to someone who has the potential to excite him and help him play the kind of football he wants to play. Bachira has also strengthened his resolve to move forward at Blue Lock; no matter the difficulty, Bachira is optimistic about the situation, determined to become stronger and reach his peak in every challenge that lies ahead.

Bachira has a rather eccentric demeanor and personality. He is typically very energetic, cheerful, and enthusiastic during matches, rarely losing his cool and desire to play, describing soccer as something fun to play with others. Bachira immediately forms a bond with Ravinho, who is also eccentric and energetic, inspired by his soccer playing style. He has a tendency to fall asleep at unexpected times, such as shown early on, where he is found asleep during the start of the tag test. He mostly sleeps and ends up relying on Isagi or Kuon to wake him up, then falls asleep during their team meetings; he has also been known to fall asleep while eating. When the Neo Egoist League begins, Bachira takes his soccer training more seriously, striving to become the world-class egoist he imagines himself to be and get closer to becoming the best in the world. Bachira is now actively training with weights and acting as a mediator. As a child, he was actively bullied for his eccentric personality and exceptional soccer skills, leading to a form of trauma where he fears being alone. This trauma leads Bachira to create an imaginary friend who is a "monster"—more precisely, a soccer monster, as this monster motivates Bachira to play in matches. Only after coming to Blue Lock does Bachira begin to face his trauma, finding people he resembles and being able to call on friends like Yoichi Isagi. Despite his somewhat odd behavior, Bachira can be seen befriending a wide variety of people, including Isagi, Rin, Chigiri, and Kunigami.

Bachira is a fairly tall young man with a slim build and an oval face. He has bright yellow eyes and a short, chin-length haircut. His black hair has golden highlights (when Bachira was younger, his hair was only ear-length). When he played in the junior soccer league, he wore the number 8 jersey. At the Chiba Prefectural Tournament, Bachira wore the number 8 jersey for Namikaze High School, which had a bird symbol in the center. For Blue Lock, Bachira wears a standard black and gray striped skinny suit and tracksuit. During the first tryout, he wore Team Z's blue #8 jersey, and during the second tryout, he wore Team White's #16 jersey, which he later switched to red.
