Edna "E" Mode

Talent and demanding. Edna is very talented and demanding of others, as well as of herself.
A constant desire to create something new. For example, when Bob Parr asks her to mend an old suit, Edna instead creates new suits for him and his family.
Edna disdains the runway boutiques and modern fashion models. She calls them "spoiled, stupid figures who only think about themselves."
A dislike of superhero capes. Edna fears that capes pose a safety hazard.
A lack of concern for the past. Edna says it "distracts from the present."
Low emotionality. For example, when Helen cries over thoughts of her husband's infidelity or danger, Edna, instead of consoling her, hits her over the head with a newspaper and orders her to pull herself together.
Parr: She gets jealous when her clients use other designers.
Edna often overreacts and gets excited when old friends like Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, or Nirvana come to visit.

Edna's ethnicity is half German and half Japanese.

She may call someone "baby" even if they're already an adult; it's simply a term of endearment. Edna is sarcastic, and she can also be categorically against certain things.

Edna is categorically against capes in superhero costumes because she knows that this can lead to the death of the hero due to carelessness.
