• The Kingdom takes action after they witness how mayoress Caline Bustier is changing Paris in ways they don't approve, with those changes being a threat for their respective businesses, sending their newest member, Noé Luxus, the new Diamond and Gabriel's successor, to regain control of the situation

• Noé approves a script for a movie meant to defamate Ladybug and Cat Noir and have Parisians believe they are supervillains that have allied themselves with Monarch to make Paris worship them as heroes and that Gabriel Agreste was a martyr trying to stop their plans

• Noé also tries to buy the Gabriel brand from Adrien and becomes a stockholder for TVi, using it to spread rumors about Caline Bustier fixing the elections to turn the Parisians against her and promote himself

• He pulled the same move as Chloé did in "Collusion", making the heroes look like bad guys when they really weren't

•It's revealed that his actions were meant mainly to promote himself as the new King of Luxury to the public and that the one to help him do it was Audrey Bourgeois, who is revealed as not only part of the Secret Organization, but also his mother

•Audrey being part of the Secret Organization has been hinted back in "Feast", where she is shown watching the news about the appearance of the temple of the Order of the Guardians

A powerful businessman in New York's High Society

Before marrying Paris's mayor — Andre Bourgeois, Audrey already had secret relationship back in her New York days. This proves Audrey didn't just have two marriages, her marriage to the Mayor was nothing but a political deal. Through it, she gained access to Paris's Elite World and took control of the city's Fashion and Media scene. She never really cared about her husbands or kids, she can't even remember her own childrens' names to the point she calls them nicknames. Before Audrey had even met the mayor she knew Noé's father and used his affections to gain money and brand influence,

Much like his mother Audrey and half-sister Chloé, Noé is uncaring towards other people's feelings and is willing to do anything for his own objectives, even if that means twisting the truth. This is seen in his intent to stain the reputations of Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Caline Bustier before all of Paris, or causing Nadja Chamack to get fired when she tried to expose the truth behind his defamatory movie script.

However, unlike his mother and half-sister, who prefer more aggressive tactics, Noé portrays himself as a very charismatic young man with a likable personality in order to lure others in. He uses this facade, along with his cunning nature, to lie his way out of facing consequences, such as after the attack of The Mime revealed the truth about the movie he intended to produce.

A very wealthy and shrewd businessman, he is the head of Luxus Corp., a highly successful conglomerate. To increase his influence, he possesses the financial power necessary to acquire companies and incorporate them into his group, or even become their majority shareholder, as in the case of the TVi Group.

He is therefore capable of radically altering the objectives and image of these companies. For instance, he orchestrated the dismissal of Nadja from TVi to prevent the release of her exclusive reports on the true nature of the film "The Secret of Ladybug", which he produced. Consequently, he also uses these companies to promote his own narrative and career, and he is prepared to use them to become mayor of Paris by spreading false information about the latest municipal elections.

1. Adrien Agreste/Cat Noir —Noé tries to convince Adrien to sell him Gabriel in order to continue his father's legacy, using seemingly reasonable arguments to manipulate and persuade him to accept the deal.

Noé harbors clear disdain for Cat Noir, going so far as to produce a film solely to discredit him in the eyes of Parisians, hoping they would come to hate him. This hostility is clearly shown when the Miraculers arrive with Mime at the TVi Tower.

2. Ladybug —Noé holds a strong dislike for Ladybug, even producing a film purely to tarnish her reputation in the eyes of Parisians, hoping they would despise her. This resentment becomes fully evident when the Miraculers arrive with Mime at the TVi Tower.

3. Fred Haprèle/The Mime —Noé wanted Fred to be the lead actor in his upcoming movie. Through this role, he intended for Fred to embody his defamatory message against the Parisian superheroes.

Fred was particularly reluctant after reading the film's script and attempted to expose Noé's actions through Nadja. However, following the journalist's dismissal and his daughter's distress, Fred was akumatized by Chrysalis with the goal of making Noé reconsider his film.

4.Nadja Chamack —After becoming the main shareholder of the TVi Group, Noé orchestrated Nadja's dismissal from her position as news presenter, as he did not want her to air a report against "The Secret of Ladybug", which would have ruined his plan to discredit the superheroes.

Unlike his sisters, Noé seems to have a very positive relationship with Audrey, being her favorite out of her children, possibly due to the fact that, unlike Chloé (who brought shame to Audrey) and Zoé (who turned out to be opposite of her mother and siblings), he is a successful businessman that helped advanced the Kingdom's plans.
