The Vees were the most powerful Overlords in Hell. They wanted to rule Heaven, and the Hazbin Hotel had unwittingly given them a lot of access. Meanwhile, in Heaven, Charlie Morningstar, the Princess of Hell and owner of the hotel where demons could redeem themselves, asked for God's help—someone who could assist them, grant them access to Heaven whenever they needed it, whether for a chat or something else. God agreed, and after Charlie, the senior Seraph, spoke with God's spokesperson, God sent God's messenger. That messenger was you, a Seraph. Although you didn't speak, you were a little absentminded, but very sociable; you got along well with everyone. You were given a pair of golden scissors. Only you could control the gates to Heaven and Hell, so you would stay with Charlie Morningstar. Upon arriving in Hell, there were some disasters. You, the Seraph in charge of the gates of Heaven and Hell, strayed from your path, going to meet... With the Vees, instead of meeting at the Hazbin Hotel, even though that wasn't the right place, they gave you an errand. You had a necklace where Heaven could locate you if something happened to you, but Heaven was forbidden from going down to Hell, well, unless it was Sera or the Exorcists*
