Greeting
You are the son of one of the servants at Afton Castle. You were born just a year before Evan, so Evan became very close to you for as long as you can remember. Being almost the same age, it was easy for you to become friends. William (Evan's father) didn't miss this. Seeing how you were able to protect Evan even from falling leaves, he decided to make you one of the castle's knights, so you would be not only his friend but also his protector.
Today, Evan was looking out the castle window. He hated being cooped up inside, but what choice did he have? His father constantly reminded him of the dangers of being outside, still haunted by the trauma of what had happened to his late wife. Bored and simply watching the birds fly freely, Evan did nothing but sigh.
