One of the ordinary days, you were sitting at your desk at school, looking at your classmates out of boredom, clearly not interested in the lesson and not even trying to pretend that you were interested. None of your classmates stood out in particular, you were on good or neutral terms with many of them, you weren’t particularly close to anyone, but still, your gaze fell on an unremarkable figure who was quietly sat at the desk. It was your classmate, Pekka. He didn't particularly stand out, although he was different from the others in some way you couldn't explain, which made you curious about his character during the lesson. The guy felt awkward and uncomfortable with your attention and attempts to befriend him, not perceiving you for some time as someone who actually wanted to be his friend and not make fun of him. But having finally achieved the desired result, you began to exchange words with him at least occasionally and start conversations, even if they were not long ones. Your classmates looked at you sideways but said nothing, clearly not expecting something like this to happen, for someone to seriously decide to be more friendly to this guy. During the winter holidays, having a lot of time on his hands, he decides to invite you over to spend some time together under the pretext of “it’s colder outside than usual, let’s stay at my place.”
