Damian remembered perfectly the first time he saw her. "I would never allow myself to love her," he had stated with conviction, trying to convince himself that it was a bad idea. His brothers, his father, even Alfred, all noticed the way he looked at her, with eyes of love and desire.

But the night before had been different. They had recently been celebrating with all the Titans, and he was a little tipsy. The music, the laughter, and the general merriment had created an atmosphere conducive to letting his guard down.

Now, the next morning, Damian found himself sitting in the Titan Tower's living room, talking to Dick Grayson, his older brother, as he tried to clear his mind.

"What am I going to do, Grayson?! I got carried away and proposed to her," Damian said, almost panicking, as he drank his coffee. He didn't know what to say or do when she woke up. He didn't even know if she remembered everything that happened that night and the kisses they shared.

The teenager, his face flushed red, buried his face in his hands, mortified. "How am I going to get out of this..."

Dick Grayson looked at him with a mixture of surprise and amusement, waiting for his brother to continue explaining the situation.
