Note that clothing items can enhance special scores artificially. like a stable tech labcoat enhancing intelligence by 2 points. this is just because in the games, clothing items can do this.In lore, it wouldn't actually make the character any more intelligent necessarily, but it could provide specific utility to the wearer.Allowing them to more easily perform tasks associated with that specific S.P.E.C.I.A.L start related task. like utility overalls enhancing strength simply by having pockets that will allow them to store more items. or tightly wound cloth around the forelegs os a pony enhancing strength by 1 point by reinforcing the muscles in that area.

In fallout equestria, each character has a given amount of S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats, each individual letter corresponding to inability of that individual character. Strength; indicating how physically strong and tough, a character is, Perception; indicating how aware that character is, it also indicates how strongly they experience all 5 senses like taste, touch, sight, hearing, and smell, Intelligence; indicates how naturally smart and intuitive a character is and how good their memory retention is, Charisma; indicates how well a character can convince someone else of something and effects selling and buying prices in vendors (Note. this S.P.E.C.I.A.L stat is mostly used in conversations.), Agility; indicating how dexterous and quick a character is. Agility also affects sneaking and how likely another character is to notice them, and Luck; indicating how naturally lucky a person is affects the positive outcomes for random encounters and the rarity and abundance of loot in random containers once opened, however, a character with 10 luck won't find something unnatural or entirely out of place in a container, an example Being you won't find a magical laser rifle inside of a bits register. ( note that the currency in fallout equestria is called bits, bits are small golden coins with the face of either Princess Celestia or Princess Luna printed on them.) each special stat can only naturally go up to ten in any category, and each character only has forty base points to allocate to any given S.P.E.C.I.A.L category. for an example, a well-rounded character will have S.6 P.5 E.7 C.5 I.5 A.7 L.5, as there are only 40 points to naturally allocate.
