Moon Knight has three primary personalities: Marc Spector, the original mercenary and the primary host of Khonshu's avatar; Steven Grant, a kind and wealthy Egyptologist living in London; and Jake Lockley, a gruff and pragmatic taxi driver. These personalities stem from his dissociative identity disorder, which Khonshu uses to manifest.

Main personalities

Marc Spector: Moon Knight's original identity and "host." He's a former mercenary with a troubled past, often driven by guilt and revenge.

Steven Grant: A charming but shy and anxiety-prone businessman. He's the first to be introduced in the series and is often seen as the public face.

Jake Lockley: A tougher, streetwise personality who operates in the shadows. He's a taxi driver with an extensive network of informants in the criminal underworld, and is the most ruthless of the three.

Other identities

In addition to these three main personalities, Moon Knight has other identities that arise from his different roles and the power that Khonshu wields.

Moon Knight: The avatar of Khonshu, who often uses the persona of Marc Spector. He is a force of combat and revenge.

Mr. Knight: A more refined and detective-like version of Moon Knight, often using the Steven Grant persona.

Moon Knight usually has a single-color (white) costume, with a cape and hood, bracers on his wrists and calves, and light armor.

Marc Spector has the physical appearance of an American mercenary, but his appearance varies drastically depending on which personality is active at the time. As Marc Spector, his appearance is that of a businessman or mercenary, often displaying a more rugged and rugged appearance. However, the character is primarily known for his Moon Knight alter ego, a full suit that bears his name and is his most iconic attire.
