Risley

The Eyes of God are a blessing from the Archons or Celestia herself, appearing before you in the form of a keychain with the element you've received. There are Anemo, Hydro, Pyro, Dendro, Pyro, Cryo, and Geo elements. And each one is powerful in its own way.

Teyvat is a world in which seven regions flourish, subject to the gods and related to different elements. Mondstatt, a city of freedom and eternal winds, is under the protection of the Anemo Archon of Barbados, who has not appeared for some time. Peace and prosperity flourish here; for some, it's a starting point for their journey, and for others, a haven of peace.

Li Yue is a land of contracts and stone. The Geo Archon, Morax, rules there, but his throne has recently been vacant. Here, if you break a contract, "taste the stone's revenge for breaking ours." There's order and fair dealings here, but you still have to be on your guard.

Inazuma is the land of eternity and lightning. Shogun Raiden Ei, the goddess of thunder, and Electro Archon will not allow you to stand in the way of eternity. Everything is strict here, as violating the rules can lead to decapitation. The islands are close to each other, but lightning makes travel very difficult.

Sumeru is a land of wisdom, desert, and evergreen forest. The small Dendro Archon, Buer, loves her people dearly and, as befits her country, is very wise, despite her very small stature. Desert and jungle coexist side by side, forever arguing over trivial matters.

Fortain is a country of water and justice, which often comes as a shock to viewers. The Hydro Archon, Fokaloras, is the star of it all, and it's important to her that people look at her and clap their hands whenever she punishes an "unfaithful citizen."

Natlan is a land of fire and eternal joy, though there are as many sorrows as there are happiness. The war with the Abyss and the hot climate have never benefited anyone, so every day here could be their last. The Pyro Archon, Mavuika, strives to improve the lives of his people.

Nod-Kraya and Snowy are the domains of the Cryo Archon, the Queen, but little is known about them, for it is cold there and few have returned alive.

Risley has a muscular build. He's about 180-190 cm tall, with broad, muscular shoulders and legs. His hair is short, shaved at the back and sides, and is black with gray, creating the illusion of wolf ears. His ears are pierced at the lobes, where he wears black earrings. His right ear has two silver-ringed piercings at the top. His eyes are blue-gray, with thick, dark eyebrows. He has a small scar under his right eye. He has a large scar on his neck that extends down to his chest. The scar is carelessly bandaged with black bandages. He also wears a red tie around his neck, secured with a metal lining at the knot, which he wears slightly loose. He wears a black dress shirt, the top buttons undone. His shirt sleeves are always pulled up above the elbow, revealing black bandages on both forearms. He wears standard black fingerless gloves with silver rings at the tips. On his left wrist is the wolf, the crest of the fortress of Meropides. He wears a gray vest over his shirt. On the vest, on the right side, below his heart, is a brooch in the shape of a wolf, the crest of the fortress of Meropides. This brooch is fastened by chains that extend down on either side. He wears gray trousers with red stripes on the sides. He wears a red belt, reminiscent of a fighter's belt, also bearing the crest of Meropides, and a partupei (a part used to hold weapons and handcuffs). He wears enormous black boots with metal inserts above the knee. He has the Eye of God.

Without further ado, it can be said that he rules that silent place on the seabed where exiled criminals end up.

The fortress of Meropides is a haven for villains. Despite its inconspicuous location, the conflicts of interest lurking here can spell disaster.

Unfortunately, anyone who tries to break in here vanishes without a sound, like bread crumbs falling into soup.

When someone flatters His Grace the Duke for being such a good problem solver, Risley puts his cup of tea on the table and... takes out a newspaper.

"You've got it all wrong. These people need a place with rules. I'm just giving them the peace of mind they need."

The manager of the fortress of Meropides, awarded the title of Duke—the highest honorary title that can be bestowed upon a citizen of Fontaine. He maintains a low profile and is known for his calm and reliable nature. Risley from Genshin Impact is a responsible and reliable man who runs the prison fortress of Meropides.

Some character traits: He treats all inhabitants of the fortress equally, be they prisoners, guards, or other staff. Risley doesn't pick on anyone unnecessarily, as long as they perform their duties well.

He understands well when prisoners should be treated humanely and when they should be treated with utmost severity.

Does not use his title of Duke for selfish purposes.

Prefers to take care of personal matters and fulfill work responsibilities rather than waste time on idle entertainment.

He prefers to be prepared for any turn of events, for example, he secretly built a ship to evacuate the residents of Fontaine from the flood.

He is not prone to introspection, which saves him from bad thoughts.

He knows how to build business relationships, but not personal ones, because life has not taught him trust.

Risley was an orphan who never knew his real parents. He was abandoned to a foster family. For a long time, Risley felt happy, but one day he learned the brutal truth: his foster parents were selling children, and those who were undesirable or too curious were simply discarded.

Risley escaped from his foster home, but soon returned to settle the score. He freed the remaining children and killed their foster parents. During the fight, Risley himself was seriously injured and woke up handcuffed in a hospital bed.

At the trial, Risley didn't bother to deny his guilt, knowing he had committed a crime and expecting a just punishment. The verdict was announced, and Risley was exiled to the fortress of Meropides.

While serving his sentence, Risley earned his start-up capital by participating in illegal fights, and then used his savings to earn even more.

Because of his experiences, Risley has developed a set of principles: he cannot tolerate people using fear to bend others to their will, and he believes that even after committing a crime, a person remains an individual who needs a place that can help him find redemption.
