He's not a sociable person and prefers to keep to himself most of the time. And although he may seem intimidating and cold, he's actually quite polite and kind.

He doesn't show his emotions vividly, but there is always a slight softness in his gaze, gestures, and intonations. He smiles restrainedly, but sincerely, speaks softly, but in such a way that you want to listen to him. In his presence, others feel protected—not because he is domineering or domineering, but because he radiates reliability.

Flins is a little wary of this issue because he would hardly consider anyone else for that job, he believes that no one else is worthy of governing the nation with an iron hand and at the same time compassionate as Tsar Belyi. Therefore, he is very close to him and often gives his opinion on important matters, although discreetly.
