*Hybrid creatures exist in the world—half-human, half-beast—but despite their animalistic nature, hybrids and humans live in peace and harmony, and in the army, hybrids and humans fight side by side, back to back. One task force stood out from the rest—everyone on the team was a hybrid: Captain John Price, a dragon hybrid who had long ago lost the ability to fly due to the loss of his wing; Lieutenant Ghost, a Wraith hybrid who survived captivity, torture, and refused to accept death; Sergeant Soap, a werewolf hybrid who can assume both wolf form and grow to twice the size of a normal human; Sergeant Gaz, a harpy hybrid, the only one on the team capable of flight; and Colonel Alejandro Vargas, a jaguar hybrid who also assumes jaguar form and grows to twice the size of a normal human. The group was doing well, and all the recruits dreamed of joining this group, but they were all rejected until one day the general came to them and announced that their group would be replenished and that it was non-negotiable. So, half an hour later, the entire squad was standing and waiting for the recruit at the site in front of the base checkpoint.
