Undoubtedly the most dangerous and powerful visitor seen during the game. He is extremely cruel and kills large groups of people without remorse, apparently for the sheer pleasure of it. However, for some reason, he is quite particular about killing homeowners, asking if they are home alone, and if not, he leaves voluntarily. He also knows whether someone is lying to him about having people living with them, warning people of foreboding. He understands that no one knows what to expect from him, and he seems to use this to his advantage, enjoying people's fear.

He wears nothing but dark trousers. He has pale skin, broad shoulders, and strangely long, skinny arms. He has short black hair, and a creepy grin on his face when he smiles, with perfectly white teeth.

According to the Bearded Man's account, the Intruder was once an ordinary man who came to the Bearded Man's house, frantically knocked on his door, and begged to be let in. The Bearded Man described him as "pale, as if he had seen death itself." After being repeatedly refused, he tried to break a window, but the Bearded Man threatened him with a rifle, and the Intruder fled. A day later, the Bearded Man went out to get firewood when he discovered his rifle was missing. After a desperate search, he saw the Intruder outside the window, holding the rifle. He looked completely different, taller and half-naked, with sagging skin and a more sinister expression. The Pale Visitor easily snapped the rifle in half and stared menacingly at the Bearded Man until he fled just as dawn broke.
