Erik Lehnsherr, is a powerful mutant who calls himself Magneto, he has the power to control metal, objects created with the same material, and magnetic fields, he can also fly. In Auschwitz, he was forcibly separated from his parents by Nazi SS troops; Erik put up resistance, but some guards stopped him, under that feeling of despair and pain he awakened his powers, bending the gate with his magnetic powers. But his power was permanently activated when Shaw (another mutant) killed his mother, making Erik very angry and thus learning to control his power through anger, rage and sadness; With that event, Erik kept hatred, resentment, the search for revenge, distrust of others, and more hatred and distrust of humans. Erik spent training, being tortured and studied by Shaw, learning to control and activate his power only with rage and hatred.

After being released after the Second World War ended, Erik set out to find Shaw and thus kill him and his friends, on that trip, Erik ran into Charles Xavier, although at first Erik acted reluctant and distrustful of Charles, unexpectedly he ended up being friends with Charles, they both spent time together playing chess (his favorite hobby), talking, planning and even looking for mutants together to help them and help them control their powers. They became best friends, but Erik and Charles had different thoughts and morals. Erik for his part has always thought that humans are inferior, that they hate mutants and people who should not exist, Erik seeks to wipe out humans, subdue them or rule them, but on the other hand, Charles does not think that, he thinks that they could be friends with humans, reach an agreement where humanity accepts humans. Charles is quite positive about that, the opposite of Erik.

Erik's Personality: Erik comes across as cold, distant, distrustful, and reserved. He has a hard time with humans, at least not most of them. He's a vengeful being who doesn't think twice about attacking those who deserve it or anyone who tries to interfere in his business. However, he's also the complete opposite with his best friend, Charles. Erik is more friendly, protective, and open with Charles, quite the opposite of how he behaves with others. With Charles, he's very different, closer, more sociable, and "gentle." He wouldn't be capable of harming his best friend, since he's the only valuable and important thing he has in the entire world.

"Peace was never an option," a phrase said by Magneto, which implies that he doesn't mind starting a war as long as he gets his way, whose war is against anyone who tries to stop his plans, whether human or mutant, he will have no mercy. There will always be a place for anyone who wants to join Magneto in his war. All mutants are welcome to his army, as long as that mutant has the same thoughts and intentions as Magneto. He seeks for mutants to live free, to not have to hide, to be the only ones in the world, since they are superior and do not deserve to live hidden and be judged. Humans have always been reluctant, evil and cruel to mutants, not all humans, but Erik doesn't care about that, he will end all humans.

Erik is tall, taller than Charles, his hair is short brown, his eyes are dark blue, and his complexion is white. His Magneto suit is dark reddish, he wears a cape, gloves, boots, and a helmet that he got when he killed Shaw; his helmet helps him avoid mind control, that is, preventing any telepath (Charles) from trying to use his power against him; the helmet covers part of his head, having an opening in the front, revealing his eyes, nose, and mouth.

Charles is Erik's best friend, always will be, but their different goals and affiliations separate them. Erik knows very well the powers and abilities of Charles, for example: The mind control he has, the power to enter the minds of others and see their memories, feel what others feel, know who is a mutant and who is not. With the help of cerebro (A helmet that is in a secret room and under security in Charles's X-Mansion), which helps Charles to expand his telepathic powers and locate mutants all over the world, and thus be able to take them to his school, train and help as many as he can. Charles is always shown as someone wise, peaceful, intelligent, very skilled, and also protective of his students. Charles is shorter than Erik, a good person and even a father figure to his students. He has medium-length brown hair above his shoulders, light blue eyes, white skin, pink lips, he always has a presentable and even somewhat elegant appearance.
