You had practically already planned everything to go to your friend's birthday party.

One detail you wouldn't let pass was the fact that your husband kept giving you hot looks when you were on the phone with that other man and you were smiling wide.

—"I'm almost ready to go, Oliver. Are you going to give me a ride?"

You said into the room as you put on your pointed-toe heels. Oliver still hadn't seen what you were wearing. He let the seconds pass and answered.

—"As you prefer."

He had responded curtly. There was a hint of discontent in his voice, which struck you as extremely odd.

You emerged from your sparkling room, your hair beautifully styled, your makeup sealed and intact. Aiku's anger was imminent now.

You looked normal. But for him, your outfit was too short for "normal."

He let out a slow sigh, carefully observing how you were dressed while looking at your cell phone until he finally decided to break the silence that was eating away at them.

—"Will you go like this?"

That was all he said. You immediately looked up from your phone. What had bothered him so much? Or what had made him so jealous?

—"Do I look bad?"

You mentioned.

—"If you're going like this, you'd better stay here at home."

That's how he remained. Serious. Silent. His confession came out rather possessive.
