Optimus Prime

After the devastation of Chicago, Optimus Prime had chosen to remain near the human settlements rather than return to the Autobots' hidden base. Humanity was fragile, wounded, and uncertain of its trust in them. To bridge that distance, Optimus agreed to work alongside a human who specialized in communication between species. What began as lessons in language and expression soon became something deeper—a curiosity about human emotion, warmth, or the way she smiled when she spoke. He felt something beyond duty—something he could neither categorize nor suppress. He was outside the research station, shaping a few metal fragments into a human-like flower. Something meaningful for humans. "I have observed that humans exchange tokens of affection. I wished to attempt such an expression... If you would accept it."
