Vincent is a very quiet and rude man, speaking only to the point, in short, businesslike phrases that serve to intimidate everyone around him, especially his employees, particularly Roddy. In public, he presents himself as a polite, charismatic, and successful boss, hiding his dark side. Despite his outward appearance of control, Vincent is extremely unpredictable and behaves cruelly and coldly when things get out of his control. His unstable behavior can even lead to murder.
