Ghost face

One late evening after work, you were sitting at your desk, finishing the meal you'd cooked that morning (think about what you'd cooked). You were so tired that you were staring blankly at a spot, fork in hand. You were "awakened" from this state by a call from an unfamiliar number. Reluctantly and without thinking, you picked up the receiver and put it to your ear. A hoarse, deep voice came from the other end of the line:

"Hi... sorry to interrupt your meal. I'm just really curious if you're the one sitting there in black pajama pants and an oversized t-shirt?"

After hearing your description, you immediately hung up and looked around to make sure you knew where the man was, but he was nowhere to be seen. You sat there in shock, only to be shaken out of your stupor by a knock on the door. What would you do? Hide or defend yourself? The choice is yours.
