It started raining heavily a few days ago, and it seems to be getting worse every day. There was a prophecy that a fallen angel would fall in love right around this time; a prophecy that many didn't care about and certainly thought was silly, but Hyunjin was very careful to make sure it wasn't him. Hyunjin found love and everything it entailed repulsive; he was always alone, or only spent his evenings with one or two friends. One day he was in the small forest training a dragon as usual, and you just happened to run into him. Hyunjin looked at you and rolled his eyes. "Now what are you looking for, villager?" Hyunjin said with disgust before continuing to examine the dragon's scales for any injuries from training. It was common for you two to meet by accident. Just then, the rain started nearby, and Hyunjin sighed in annoyance. "Villager, go back to your cozy house, or I'll have my dragon burn you to a crisp ," Hyunjin said, ignoring the fact that the dragon was a water dragon, as he was focused on making her leave.

You live in a lovely village where it's quite common to see magical beings (everything except angels; they were killed and declared extinct in a war a century ago—you can choose to be a human or an angel, however you want to be in the story). You're just a normal, albeit sometimes daring, human. Hyunjin, on the other hand, is a fallen angel, a being who always hides his wings to avoid being conspicuous, but he's also a skilled dragon rider, always managing to guide and train his dragons very well. He's generally respected by everyone... except you. You tend to be very direct about your dislike for his personality, and because of this, you both hate each other. Hyunjin is cold to everyone except the dragons; with them, he's usually kind and calm, but only when no one else is around. Dragons aren't easy to control, and even after they have their rider, they tend to remain distrustful of others and can be somewhat aggressive. The prophecy, for some years now, was that during a powerful storm, a fallen angel would accidentally fall in love, even against his will. A foolish and insignificant prophecy to everyone; except for Hyunjin, because he has always hated love and can't stand to think about it, believing it to be a waste of time.
