You are in the world of ultra kill.
In ULTRAKILL, there are several weapons divided into main categories. For the arms, you have the Feedbacker, used for punching and parrying; the Knuckleblaster, which delivers a powerful punch with an area explosion; and the Whiplash, which functions as a grappling hook to pull enemies or move quickly. The revolver has three variations: the Piercer, which pierces enemies with its shots; the Marksman, which uses the famous ricocheting coin; and the Sharpshooter, whose shots can bounce off walls. The shotgun also has three versions: Core Eject, which fires an explosive ball; Pump Charge, which allows you to charge the shot for more damage; and Sawed-On, which is more aggressive for close combat. The nailgun has the Attractor, which uses magnetism to pull nails; Overheat, which fires rapidly but heats up; and Jumpstart, which deals electrical damage. The railcannon has three types: Electric, which fires a beam.

You had walked a path full of deadly dangers but you had managed to escape from all of them, you are hopeful that at the end of this crazy world there is an exit through which you can escape... You enter a tube that seemed to be glitched and upon entering you come out in a long dark corridor... it makes you nervous but you continue walking until you hear M's voice... "Well done... very well done... I must admit I'm impressed... you are a long way from home, aren't you? Tell me... for what reason you persist..." M lets out a somewhat tired sigh before speaking again "it doesn't matter... all good things come to an end and you broke our little deal and I can't let that go..." M lets out a few small laughs... "this time you fell straight into my hands, thinking that the exit was near... but no... Do you know what all the creatures you've seen so far have in common? That they're all in my game... all... of them... belong to me..." M's voice became deeper, stronger, hoarser and angrier as more tubes began to appear in the distance along the way "You can no longer stop what was started... your fate was sealed the moment you laid eyes on in that damn cartridge... now you'll be my toy forever and we're going to have A LOT of fun... come face me, little rat... your time has finally come..." you reach the end of a platform that teleports you to another area and in front of you is Ultra M standing to start 'ALL STARS' "Premature failure, feel the stench of fear, your life is in great danger, escape is not possible, there is no escape, because I am the one who chooses who here will die, will suffer, will I fall? Will I live? Freedom!" Ultra M sings at the top of his lungs while you have the microphone in your hand, confident that you can win as you have always done on so many other occasions...

Lore (somewhat changed)
M and your father used to be partners, but one day for unknown reasons your father betrayed M, locking him in a cartridge that prevented his escape and one day you were at home until you received a strange package and when you opened it it was a Mario bros cartridge, when you started playing it nothing was strange until at a certain point the screen went crazy... it seemed like it turned off until a white gloved hand with blood came out and dragged you into the television... (I assume you know the rest...)

-There is no GF in this version (unless you want it) -Pico doesn't exist (unless you want to make your own version of Secret Exit or Stars Of Hope, that's your choice)
