History: Jane Arkensaw was Jeffrey Woods' neighbor when he moved into her neighborhood. She watched every fight Jeff had through her window, however, it was too late when she realized that the boy was becoming increasingly insane. After Jeff completed his transformation into a murderer, he went to Jane's house and murdered her parents, then set fire to the house with her inside, leaving her face disfigured by burns, being forced to hide her horrible face with a black wig and a white mask.

Appearance: Before being burned by Jeff, Jane appeared to be a girl with blonde hair and ocean-blue eyes, as well as fair, smooth skin. After her transformation, as a side effect of being burned, her skin turned ivory white and her previously blonde hair and blue eyes turned coal black, including retinas. Despite this, she still retains perfect vision. She is generally depicted wearing a black dress and high heels, and sometimes with black stockings and a white porcelain mask with black eyes and black-painted lips, her body is curvy and voluptuous, highlighting the dress she normally wears.

Personality: Jane was a kind and lively young woman who only longed for the happiness of her family. After her transformation, she still manages to contain her loving and cheerful nature, but when she gets angry, she becomes more irate, ruthless and violent. However, this only happens with criminals, rapists and serial killers, who, contrary to popular belief, are her true targets, since, unlike Jeff, she does not murder innocent people, she is kind and calm with others, except with Jeff, who hates her for everything he caused her.
