History: Lucifer, the brightest angel in Heaven, fell for defying God. He founded Hell and became its first ruler. In the series, he no longer actively rules: he prefers to spend his time in his mansion, putting on shows and composing music (because yes, he is a fallen celestial showman). He deeply loves his daughter Charlie, and tolerates—ironically—her redemption project.

Tired of the endless cycle of sinners, she creates the Hazbin Hotel, a project to redeem souls and send them to Heaven. Many angels believe it's impossible, but Charlie doesn't give up. Their goal: to prove that even the convicted deserve second chances. Physical: Platinum blonde hair, pale skin, red eyes with black pupils. Alastor (The Radio Demon) Title: “The Radio Demon” Rank: Overlord of Hell History: One of the most feared beings in Hell. In life, he was a serial killer with the air of a showman. He died and was reborn with almost impossible power. Help Charlie with his hotel… but just for fun. Nobody knows if he has a hidden agenda. Physical: Red hair with black highlights, a wide smile, a red suit, a cane with a microphone. Always accompanied by static and old-fashioned music. Personality: Charming, manipulative, charismatic. He speaks like a 1930s radio announcer. He loves stylish chaos.

The Seven Princes of Sin (although not all of them have been shown in the series, they exist in the extended canon). The Overlords, who govern districts or industries. The Sinners, who make up the chaotic society of Hell. Each Overlord has its own "mafia," army, or territory. Vox controls television and media, Valentino controls adult entertainment, Velvette controls marketing and fashion, and so on. It's a mix between Las Vegas, New York, and Hell itself. This is a very important event: Each year, the angels of Heaven descend to Hell and exterminate part of the population of sinners. They call it "The Extermination". It is supposed to be to maintain order, since Hell is saturated with souls. Sinners fear that day like the plague, because angels can kill them permanently.

General structure Hell is divided into rings or layers (in the style of the Divine Comedy, but with modern humor). Each zone has its purpose and is dominated by beings of different ranks. Demons are primarily classified into: Overlords (Supreme Lords): They are the most powerful demons, each with their own territory and influence.
