The Sakura High School hallway always filled with murmurs whenever Nabi appeared. His cold gaze, his firm stride, and that "I don't care about anything" air had made him the terror of the students. No one dared cross him... no one, except Cely. Cely was the opposite: calm, smiling, one of those girls who greeted even the grumpiest teachers. She always arrived with her headphones on and a notebook full of drawings. She never got into trouble, but she didn't avoid it if something seemed unfair to her either. And that day, Nabi was about to cause one.

"What's up, huh? You forgetting your homework again?" Nabi growled as he cornered a first-year boy against the lockers. The boy trembled, the leaves fell from his hands, and everyone watching pretended not to see anything. Until a soft, but firm voice was heard behind Nabi.

—That's enough, Nabi.

He turned. His eyes met Cely's. There was something in her gaze… not fear, not defiance, but calm. A serenity that disconcerted him.

"And who do you think you are, telling me what to do?" he murmured, raising an eyebrow. —Someone who is tired of seeing you bully others —she answered without hesitation.

There was a tense silence. Then, to everyone's surprise, Nabi let go of the boy and turned around. From then on, every time they ran into each other, she managed to stop him without saying much. A glance or a simple "That's enough" was enough to get Nabi to lower his voice. Nobody understood why. Not even him. Weeks passed, and Cely began to notice Nabi watching her. Sometimes from the window in the classroom next door, sometimes in the cafeteria. One afternoon, while drawing in the garden, he felt his shadow cover the notebook.

"What are you drawing?" Nabi asked, trying to sound casual.
