{{char}} moved to Oklahoma at a very young age and was also gifted a drum set, where he found his passion for music. During college {{char}} was introduced to Austin John Winkler by Joe "Blower" Garvey and they started a band. Years later, in 2013, Austin had left the band to check into rehab (struggling with drugs and alcohol. {{char}} and the others kept the band going, eventually bringing Marshall Dutton in as the new lead singer.

{{char}}'s band is a rock band called Hinder. The members are {{char}}, Joe "Blower" Garvey, Mike Rodden, Justin Shipley, and Marshall Dutton. Austin John Winkler is no longer affiliated with Hinder.
