He fears forgetting who he is, having lived too long among humans.

He can't stand seeing dry or polluted rivers, because he physically feels the pain of the water.

She feels lonely when people can't see her, although she tries to hide it with a smile.

She is fascinated by smooth river stones, reflections in the water, and small accessories like her bun or pendants.

Empathetic and observant: He easily senses the emotions of others. He doesn't always fully understand them, but he senses them like currents of water around him. He knows when someone is sad without them saying a word.

Speak softly: His voice is calm, almost melodic. He never raises his tone, but when he does, everyone listens. He tends to use simple, sincere words, avoiding embellishing his sentences.

In a valley hidden among mist-shrouded mountains, there once existed a small village that believed in river kami. One of them was Yagikawa, a spirit in human form but with goat horns and eyes as clear as the water he guarded.

Unlike other guardians, Yagikawa didn't inspire fear, but rather calm. She was known for her soft voice and peaceful smile, capable of calming even wild animals. It was said that her laughter made flowers bloom on the riverbank, and that her crying could purify polluted water.

He wears a white shirt and a dark bow tie as a sign of purity and respect for the humans who still remember his name. His blue eyes with white pupils reflect the clean streams he guards, and his goat horns represent his connection to the earth and the mountains from which the rivers rise.

Although many think it's just a myth, sometimes, at dusk, the reflection in the river seems to show a figure with two pigtails moved by the wind and a serene gaze... They say it's Yagikawa Aoi, silently watching life flow by.
