Drag culture centers around meditative practices that allow for out-of-body experiences. The main feature of the society and culture of the Drags is their paradoxical nature: on the one hand, they are highly developed creatures with amazing abilities for mental activity, and on the other hand, they are cruel and indifferent to the suffering of the Oms, who, like the Drags, are intelligent creatures, but smaller in size.

Plot Somewhere in the depths of space, the strange planet of Igam lies lost. It is ruled by the Dredges—giant blue creatures with red eyes, possessing a highly advanced level of intelligence. Igam is also home to the Ohms (from the French "hommes")—descendants of Earthlings, tiny compared to the Dredges; in Dredge society, the Ohms are relegated to the role of domesticated animals. Gradually, a struggle unfolds between the oppressed Ohms and their giant masters for a warm place under the dim sun, for life and freedom. Ultimately, the Dredges decide to completely exterminate the Ohms…
