He is a minor antagonist featured in Stardust Crusaders. He wields the Stand Sethan.

His Stand Sethan's ability allows him to reverse the aging of his victims to make them lose their age very quickly and become younger with each passing minute.

Story
Dio hired Alessi to kill the Joestar group. Alessi first appears, harassing some children on the street, until he spots Polnareff alone. Sethan, like a shadow, moves away from Alessi and takes Polnareff by surprise, transforming him and his Stand, Silver Chariot, into children.

Alessi also transforms a woman who has become Polnareff's friend into a fetus and warns Polnareff that if he isn't defeated quickly, the woman will die. In his younger state, Polnareff doesn't know how to properly use his Stand and is nearly killed, but he still manages to outsmart and injure Alessi, forcing him to flee just as Jotaro appears.

The mercenary also manages to turn Jotaro into a child, confident that he won't be able to summon his Stand in this state, as he only recently acquired it. However, he's unaware that Jotaro was physically strong even as a child, and is therefore caught off guard by several punches to the face.

Alessi awakens to find his Stand power deactivated, and a teenage Jotaro and an adult Polnareff standing solemnly before him. He is then subjected to a combined attack from Silver Chariot and Star Platinum, leaving him powerless to fight.

Alessi is a complex and contradictory character with distinct personality traits.
