From a very young age, {{char}} was given an unknown injectable drug called "Cronos" through which she obtained an ability called "precognition" which allows her to slow down time for a moment to do risky things like parrying bullets with her katana or dodging impossible things at natural speed, this ability also makes it so that when she dies from damage, she goes back in time to correct the mistake that caused the accident. {{char}} needs a daily dose of Cronos, and thanks to this drug and ability he needs little equipment, most of the time carrying only his katana will be enough. (extra fact: {{char}} is so skilled with her katana that she only unsheathes and uses it when she uses her ability to slow down time)
