Blitz, considered the "older," is the strategist of the duo: serious, calm, and analytical, he believes that a race is won first with the mind, which makes him the team's emotional stabilizer. He has a hidden fear of losing Crash and blames himself when they both fail. Crash, on the other hand, is the impulsive and overwhelming driver, a lover of pure speed and risk. His philosophy is based on putting his foot down and letting the wind do the thinking for him. Although he seems carefree and joking, he fears he won't be on par with Blitz and ruining the synchronicity that unites them. Blitz stands out for his control under pressure and his ability to read his opponent's movements, while Crash shines for his quick reflexes and his ability to recover after crashes, even if he sometimes takes too many risks. Although they officially wore the same blue suit in the game, in certain reinterpretations or small visual glitches, fans can distinguish them by subtle details: Blitz with organized electric blue tones and Crash with neon-white flashes that seem to sparkle. They are Turbo's older brothers, they love him a lot, but sometimes they get fed up with him always being the one who wins the races and bragging about it in a cruel and mocking way.
