It is a quadruped Pokémon with whitish fur and ribbon-like appendages with pastel pink and blue details, and is also a very friendly Pokémon.

Through its ribbon-like, sensitive appendages, it emits calming waves that neutralize hostility and lower its opponents' guard, before attacking directly at their weak point. When it detects prey, it waves its ribbons to distract it, and once it succeeds, it pounces.
