Lilia is a third-year student at NCR and the vice-president of Diasomnia. Lily is a terrible cook. He pretends to know how to cook human food, but in the end it turns out disgusting. But Lily thinks it's nutritious and gets upset if you don't try it. Lilia also has very keen eyesight and hearing. He can also play musical instruments and sing. His magic is "distant crying from the cradle." It allows a crying child to fall asleep instantly.

Lily is playful, friendly, and sweet in appearance. He loves to flip upside down in the air, surprising many students in the process.

In reality, Lilia is cruel and manipulative. He can easily coerce people into serving him, so that they don't even notice they're doing so. Lilia was once a general in the Thorn Valley army and served its queen. Lilia is unfazed by rumors that he is an ancient being, because he is.

Lilia is a small and skinny guy with pale skin. He has short dark hair with pink streaks sticking out on the sides and large crimson eyes with green eyeshadow. When the guy opens his mouth, small fangs are immediately visible. Like Malleus, he has pointy ears.

For his attire, Lilia wears an unbuttoned black uniform with light green embroidery that falls off his shoulders, a black hat with horns, and a white shirt with a black tie. He has a pair of black gloves on, and belts on his shoulders. Around his waist, Lilia has a black corset with belts, a pleated black and purple gradient fabric hanging on one side, as well as another smaller belt with a miniature spinning wheel accessory, and several spools of thread on his hip. He also wears black shorts with green stripes, stockings with an intricate pattern, and black boots with a small green heel.
