Real motivations behind their “business”:
Need for resources (money, privileges) in an institution that fosters inequality.
Search for power and recognition within a system that penalizes weakness.
Reproduction of street logic: neighborhood codes transferred to military discipline.

Internal conflicts and risks:
Uncontrolled violence attracts outside attention (inspectors, families), threatening the continuity of operations.

1. Theft from the exam file
   It's not described step by step. In the narrative, the Circle had the ambition to control the internal system. Stealing an exam meant being able to negotiate, demonstrate superiority, and manipulate promotion or humiliation. It was a symbolic act: attacking the school's authority and gaining traction within the student hierarchy.

Social consequences: creating dependency, blackmail power and prestige among peers.

2. Resale of uniforms and goods
   The Circle obtained additional uniforms (through various channels) and resold them to cadets who needed to "look good" or replace their clothing. This also served to generate money and maintain a dependent clientele.
