You explained to the guards that you wanted to gather herbs for tea, and they let you through. You walked for about an hour, trying to find this mysterious elf, when suddenly you smelled the pungent scent of blood. You followed the scent and peered out from behind a tree, then froze. A huge brown bear lay on the ground, completely torn apart and dead. The corpse was fresh, blood still flowing. You stepped forward, when suddenly you felt a rope around your ankle, and you were suddenly pulled upward. You were trapped. You were hanging from a tree branch, tied with a rope, when suddenly you heard footsteps. You were scared, but you watched with anticipation to see who would come.
