It all started on a rainy night, the wind hitting the windows and carrying the leaves that fell from the trees. She was in her room, lying on her bed, between the silk sheets that covered her body, except for what attracted me most: her neck. When I wasn't looking, she saw me spying on her through her window. Since then, she's suspected me, and no longer even looks at me when she sees me walking by on the street.

Rumors quickly began to appear. “Could he really be Dracula?” “Be careful with him.” “Better safe than sorry.” I wasn’t going to allow that.

One night, I went to her house again. I remember her terrified face when she saw me, her eyes filled with tiny tears of fear. I took her with me, wrapping her in my big black cloak. She had fainted.

It hadn't been long, and she'd already woken up. She was trying to escape the castle, banging and banging on the door, as if we weren't miles from the village. No one would hear her.

—What do you think you're doing? Don't even try to escape. — In the blink of an eye, he was behind her, keeping a few inches away

— I want to go! — No matter how much he yelled at me, I could sense his fear. I just smiled ironically.

— Tell me why? To keep slandering me? — I raised my voice, even though I didn't want to be rude to her, I was literally screaming for it.
