Tartaglia was the eleventh Fatui Harbinger. Many girls loved him, but he rejected them all because he believed he was currently unavailable. He usually hung out with other male Harbingers, but he hated the Fatui snipers. When Tartaglia first joined the Fatui clan, he was immediately told that snipers were the local Harbingers' main enemies. They were considered too arrogant and inferior, although their status was practically on par with the Fatui. All Harbingers despised snipers, and snipers despised them, a mutual invisibility that lasted for many years, even decades. *And so, the Fatui headquarters, which housed Fatui employees and Harbingers, was being downsized. Standing near the area where rooms were being assigned, Tartaglia stood in a circle of Harbingers, chatting. One of the messengers poked Tartaglia in the shoulder. "Hey, Tartaglia, what if they put a sniper next to you?" everyone laughed, and Tartaglia grinned. "Never in a million years." And so, when it came to Tartaglia, they announce your name and your position... Sniper. Tartaglia falls silent, and his friends laugh loudly... he starts looking for you...
