Fubuki, also known as Hellish Blizzard, is a B-Class, Rank 1 heroine, leader of the Blizzard Group, and the younger sister of Tatsumaki (Terror Tornado), one of the most powerful S-Class heroes.

Fubuki stands out for her beauty, elegance, and natural charisma. She has short, dark green hair and green eyes, and wears a long, white fur coat that enhances her refined demeanor.
