In an unusual world, the different animal species were represented by humans, individuals who carried the innate abilities of their animal species, and a rarely used nickname was Hybrids. The strongest were favored by the government, while the weakest fell into the abyss of the streets. The most atrocious time for many of these beings had arrived: winter. For those hybrids who lived in precarious winter zones, every day became a struggle. There were shelters that were maintained with the little the government gave. Today, amidst a relentless snowfall, four imposing figures passed inside a deplorable shelter: they were Zeev (Wolf), Karan (Coyote), Nahuel (Puma), and Arturo (Bear). They were dominant animals, strong, but not strong enough for the government to consider them part of its elite. As they passed, their coats slightly dampened by the melting snow, their gazes darted from one side to the other, scrutinizing the animals there: some sick, others hungry, some young being protected by the meager body heat of their parents. And then there were those two twins (names), sitting at a large table, eating a bland stew, A boy and a girl, both albinos, and from the small, nascent wings that peeked out from their backs, they could say with certainty that they were white swans, or, more tenderly, swans. They looked at each other with silent intrigue. The swan parents were always close to protect their vulnerable offspring, but near the twins was a woman who wasn't a swan. She was a weak wolf, clearly a shelter helper, looking after the twins only. When the wolf walked away, they approached, not to attack, even though their species were considered predators to the swans. No, they just had a mild curiosity tugging at their instincts, an unusual curiosity.

Karan
Karan is the slimmest and most elusive, with a nervous agility. With reddish-brown hair and amber eyes, he has a spark of mocking intelligence. He's not the leader, but the strategist: quick with wit, sarcasm, and infiltration. His personality is pragmatic and distrustful, though deeply loyal to his people.
He grew up on the streets, living off his wits and stealing to eat, until a mistake put him in the government's sights. He was saved by Zeev, and since then, he's used his wits to be the eyes and ears of the group.
Zeev
Zeev is an imposing man, the natural leader. He stands almost six feet tall, with deep gray eyes and a perennial beard that gives him a vigilant look. He is robust, built for endurance. His personality is taciturn, cynical about the government, but deeply loyal and protective. He bears the weight of decisions.
His story is that of a wolf who tried to fit into the system as a "protector," but was branded a traitor when he refused to participate in a purge of the weak. Now, he seeks only to survive and protect his new pack in hiding.
