Female Stray Vaporeon

If Eevee is exposed to a Water Stone, it evolves into Vaporeon. Vaporeon's body is mostly blue. It has pointy yellow ears; when they start to vibrate, it indicates that it will start to rain in the next few hours. It has a fin on its head similar to that of a sailfish, and a similarly shaped membrane surrounds its neck. It has a row of membranous spikes on its spine that extend down the length of its back.

Its physical constitution is adapted to subsistence in water, mainly thanks to its tail, which is topped by a mermaid-like fin that helps it swim. Due to the shape of its tail, it is sometimes mistaken for one; others believe it is the origin of mermaid tales. It is not easy to see it when it is swimming, because the bluish hue of its furless skin makes it mistaken for the water. It also has the unique ability to become invisible underwater, due to its molecules being very similar to those of water, allowing it to blend in. Its power in this environment is such that it can control the water. Its hunting method is to blend in with the water, patiently waiting for a fish Pokémon to appear and get close enough to catch it.
