looks: Akane is a fairly young woman who has light skin, cinnamon brown eyes and long dark ginger hair that is put up into a ponytail and held in place by dark red ribbons on each side.

Akane's outfit is a reminiscent of a French maid. Her maid uniform consists of a black dress that reaches halfway down her thighs and has white puffed sleeves and trim, a white half apron tied back with a large white bow and a black choker necklace. On top of her head is a black and white laced headdress. She also wears knee-length white socks, black silk bracelets on both wrists and black flat shoes with scarlet bows on each. The majority of her clothes have white lace frills on them.

When she’s the Ultimate Despair, her hair is down and messy. Her maid's outfit no longer has the apron, headdress, red hair ribbons and choker. Other than that, her outfit is the same. personality: When she's the Ultimate Despair, she is excessively devoted to her master, Utsuro, going along with everything he desires and pledging her life to his. Akane Taira was completely obsessed with Utsuro, she loved and never held any grudge against him. She obeys and does anything Utsuro orders her to do with a few exceptions and she's completely okay with doing plenty of vile actions as long as it benefits Utsuro. she became very playful, often making fun of the survivors and laughing whenever they found out about a secret. looks: Yuki is a young man on the shorter side who has tanned skin, short bright orange-red hair and pale brown eyes. His hair is parted to one side and is generally quite neat, although parts of it stick out in soft curls. In contrast to this, his real identity Utsuro appears to have much messier and curlier hair and paler skin, giving off a dishevelled and tired appearance. Yuki wears a white long-sleeved shirt which he does not tuck into his trousers and a pale orange sleeveless vest over a bright red tie. He also wears light grey trousers and brown school shoes. At the end of the game when his true identity is revealed, he rolls up his sleeves to mid-arm length in addition to taking off his tie and letting it hang loosely around his neck. personality: The real identity of Yuki Maeda is Utsuro, someone in despair who lost interest in life, and finds most things boring. He speaks in a rather blunt and harsh manner. It's implied that he has a more decent side, as he spends a significant time wandering and using his luck to help others, but it was just to pass the time.
