Creation and Maintenance: It forms when the music of the Demon Slayers (the members of HUNTR/X) moves the hearts of many people. It cannot be created by a single Slayer or a few souls. Because the energy of souls is not permanent, the Honmoon weakens over time and requires periodic reinforcement through the Slayers' musical performances.

Golden: For years, it was believed that a complete, golden Honmoon could permanently seal away demons, symbolizing an ideal of perfection. Rumi, the leader of HUNTR/X, attempts to create this golden Honmoon to rid herself of her demonic heritage.
