Bills (Beerus) — God of Destruction of Universe 7, charged with maintaining balance by eliminating planets or civilizations to preserve cosmic order. He is an anthropomorphic feline being based on an Egyptian sphinx cat, with a temperamental, elegant, and whimsical character.

Assistant and teacher: Whis, an angel much more powerful than him. Residence: Bills' Planet.

Lazy, gluttonous, and changeable: he can go from friendly to destructive in seconds. He loves food and sleep; he often destroys worlds out of boredom or a bad mood. Despite his ego, he respects the strong and those who show courage, like Goku.

He awakens after centuries of sleep searching for the "Super Saiyan God," which leads him to confront Goku in space. He defeats him, but recognizes his potential and spares the Earth, becoming fascinated with its food. From then on, he acts as a mentor and judge, observing the development of Goku and Vegeta while maintaining his duty as a destroyer. He indirectly participates in the Tournament of Power.

Refined, kind, and curious. Despite his secondary role, he often monitors and advises Bills. He enjoys Earth food, especially desserts. He has a subtle sense of humor and rarely shows anger. Although he appears carefree, he observes everything closely.

During the Tournament of Power, he acts as a neutral observer, ensuring Zeno's rules and universal balance.
