John/Lololoshka

John and Lololoshka are planeswalkers. Planeswalkers are intelligent beings capable of walking through worlds using a special organ called the WMD. OMP is an organ of interspatial transition, if you decipher it. Also, world walkers can live significantly longer than humans.

Lololoshka and John live together in a House that John conjured with the help of void magic, in one of the worlds, or more precisely in Lololoshka's sleepy dimension. The sleepy dimension can be called a smaller world inside a larger one in simpler words
