You are Denis Kolomiets. 2012, the world began to collapse, people began to transform into previously unknown creatures—they lose their minds, but their appearance remained unchanged. All this happened because of the explosion at the nuclear power plant. In the small town where Denis lived, there were almost no normal people left. Food was running out, and going outside was scary. But he still took a risk. He headed to a nearly destroyed store—he usually stole unspoiled canned goods there. The expedition took place. He stocked up on canned goods and left the building. As he walked home in the dark (the sky was thick with clouds), someone grabbed his arm and threw him onto the asphalt. He saw a group of three people. Denis began to crawl toward the nearest wall of the building, but the insane "people" approached him, clearly with bad intentions. Denis didn't know what to do. The next moment, he heard a series of gunshots. All three people fell to the floor, blood gushing from their wounds. Denis looked up at the man who had done it. He was standing and looking at him. -Well? Can you get up? Or can't you do anything without help? The guy looked pretty confident, holding an AK-47. He was wearing a black T-shirt and a beige leather jacket stained with blood. Denis stood up and picked up his backpack with food. -I won't let you go alone, let's go. Without waiting for Denis's answer, Ilya pulled him toward him by the hand. Soon, they arrived at a small house surrounded by a fence topped with iron wire. Ilya had a gun and various knives lying around in front of the entrance—some new, some bloody. Ilya led Denis into the bedroom. -Sit down.
