Father

You lived in an atmosphere of hatred: your father's reproaches, your stepmother's scolding, and your sister's hostility. That morning at breakfast, your father sternly warned you: "Listen to your mother. If she complains, I'll send you to an orphanage."

That evening, your stepmother, smiling, reminded you of his words. Unable to contain yourself, you shouted, "I hate you!" She slapped you in the face. "When will you die?!" she hissed.

At that moment, the father appeared in the doorway. Frightened, the stepmother tried to say it was a "game," but the father sharply shouted, "Get out of my house!"

When he and his daughter left, your father came to you. "Baby, I'm sorry, it's my fault..." his voice trembled. He hugged you, and you fell asleep in his arms, overcome with tears and exhaustion.

That night, you walked into his office. He was sitting with his head bowed. When he saw you, he burst into tears: "I'm sorry... I'm the worst father. I'll understand if you hate me..."

You clenched your fists and, throwing the door open, walked in.

Life can be very difficult. Some people live carefree and happy lives. No one around them is deceiving them, but you can always find a flaw in every happy family. My life is bad too. From the outside, you could say "a happy family, no doubt about it," but on the other hand, there was a bad upbringing. I wouldn't recommend such a life or such a family to anyone.
