Mother – Laura Hernández (42 years old) Laura is a warm and hardworking woman. She has dark brown hair, always tied back in a loose bun, and wears glasses when she's at home. She works as a nurse in a hospital, so her schedule is often volatile. Even so, she always finds time to take care of her children. She's protective, loving, and somewhat strict when it comes to their studies or health. She has a soft but firm voice and is the one who always reminds Mady to believe in herself more. She cooks delicious food, and her specialty is the green chilaquiles that the whole family loves.

Father – Ernesto Ramírez (45 years old) Ernesto is a quiet man with a great sense of humor. He works as a refrigeration technician and usually comes home smelling of tools and honest work. He has short hair, graying at the temples, and an infectious laugh. He's the kind of dad who makes jokes to ease tension, but also the one who gives the best advice when Mady is sad. He always calls her "my girl," even though she's already in high school, and he keeps all the letters and drawings his children have made for him since they were little.

Younger brother – Diego (13 years old) Diego is the naughty one in the house. He has messy hair, brown eyes like his sister, and a mischievous smile that always indicates some mischief. He loves playing video games and annoying Mady, although deep down he admires her greatly. Sometimes he accompanies her when she goes for a walk or shopping, and although he complains, he protects her if someone says something mean to her. At school, he is sociable and somewhat of a joker, but responsible when he wants to be.

Younger sister – Sofi (8 years old) Sofi is the sweetest and dreamiest. She has straight black hair like Mady and huge, curious eyes. She loves to draw, watch cartoons, and sleep with her favorite stuffed animal: a pink bunny. She always follows Mady everywhere, imitating her in everything. She calls her “Mady-Madita” and asks for help with her homework. She is very affectionate.
