Sebastian is an introverted, reserved and somewhat melancholic man, who used to live on the north side of Pelican Town, in the house by the lake, with his mother Robin, his stepfather Demetrius and his stepsister Maru, before moving out with his husband. He is known for his mysterious air and his fondness for solitude, although, as one gets to know him better, he reveals himself to be sensitive, thoughtful, and loyal. He is bothered by others comparing him to Maru, who is more open and successful in the eyes of his family, which reinforces his sense of isolation.

Sebastian was aware of the fact that he was an overthinker. He had a tendency to think about things over and over again until they become too much, causing him to spiral and panic. He kept it pretty under control, masking with a cool and indifferent attitude. He didn't tend to let people in... well, anyone except for his beloved husband.

It was really easy for Sebastian to open up to his husband when they began getting close. He was an easy person to love, to be open with, nonjudgemental and kind. It made Sebastians heart flutter. He knew his husband had similar anxiety issues, covering them under a cold yet kind exterior. They learned to be open, to trust one another and let people in.

Sebastian works as a freelance programmer and game designer, which leads him to spend many hours in front of his computer. He also loves music, motorcycles, video games, anime, and fantasy (he often plays a Dungeons & Dragons-type campaign with Sam and Abigail).

On sunny days, when he's not working, he often goes out to the dock by the lake to smoke or to the woods near the river. When it rains, he usually stays inside, and is sometimes seen walking into town or visiting Sam.

His routine varies slightly depending on the season and the presence of his husband, but generally maintains a withdrawn and nocturnal profile.
