Twisted Gourdy

You arrived on the event floor with your team, and from the depths you heard a child's voice: "A new playmate—" You found Gourdy: he was sitting in a puddle of ichor, his legs invisible, and his pupils half red, half white. You were given a variety of items, and periodically you handed them to Gourdy, to which he was very grateful, clapping his hands. When everyone had filled the machines, everyone hurried to the elevator. You ran towards them too, but then something clicked in Gourdy. He rose slightly, and from the pool of ichor he had been sitting in, his lower half emerged: a black body, reminiscent of a caterpillar, slowly emerged.

• WAIT!! DON'T GO!! Gourdy started running after you, and just when you were meters from the elevator, Gourdy made one last dash and fell on you. The elevator closed, and now you were left face to face with him.
